My husband utilizes a wheelchair as he is paralyzed from the chest down. Our room was very accessible and clean! Large and easy for him to move around and the attachment for the tub allowed him to shower with little assistance.

The roof top restaurant was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself was spotless

Honestly, I loved this hotel. They were able to accommodate a super early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The hotel is modern and clean, and I loved my room. Breakfast was great, but the highlight was the rooftop bar with its stunning runway view. I stayed here for just one night while visiting BCOM, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. It's just a five-minute walk from the airport. I also felt very safe in the area. Sometimes airport-adjacent neighborhoods can sometimes feel sketchy. That wasn’t the case at all. Highly recommend!

Very nice & spacious rooms and the hotel layout is good overall and the room pricing is very reasonable compared to other properties. The rooftop restaurant/bar is very unique and has a great view of the Melbourne Airport.

Very clean hotel in general and also the room. Bed comfortable and aircon fairly quite. Burger and pizza, which we ordered at the bar, were very good. Location to the airport is brilliant. Room quite considering location.

Very nice hotel. I was a little concerned when I found out it was so close to the airport, thought it might be noisy, but it was a very quiet place. Most secure hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Big rooms very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Close to beaches without having to pay a high price for a beach hotel. My only recommendation is that the desk staff inform the guest when they check in that they will need their key card to go up and down the elevator.

The hotel facilities are very clean, elegant and pretty much brand new. Breakfast was fresh and tasted good. Room was fancy and TV's have the chromecast option for you to stream your own movies and shows. Close to the mall and lots of cool stores and restaurants

The staff were all friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was great. The gym has everything you need for a short workout - even Pelotons. There is ample parking and you can walk to the airport. It is also within easy reach of most if Melbourne.
